Last I checked, there is a Constitution in the United States, and there is a Bill of Rights. The government has stepped in and denied some of these rights. How is it, these rights can be taken away?

Rights are not rights, if they can be taken away.
 
Amazing, after nearly 250 years, they have taken the Constitution crumbled it up and threw it in the trash and no one seems to object.

How come after 9/11 you were not allowed to walk up to the Twin Towers area and walk around freely to look at the wreckage and go into nearby buildings?

Yeah you seem to claim there are absolute rights with no infringement ever allowed.

What rights do you need to exercise that you are being denied by the government arbitrarily, capriciously or without due process?

The right to breathe in asbestos dust after the towers fell. They denied me the right to the pursuit of happiness.

Hey man, if some people's ideas of true freedom and happiness is the right to die from asbestos dust, who are "they" to deny them that right? LOL
