The age-old adage that anyone who wants build or interpret models is simple, All models are false, but some models have value. Its that simple.

The order does not apply to out-of-state drivers on I-95, I-295, or I-495. Out-of-state drivers are allowed to pass through Delaware while traveling to another state.

Motorists entering Delaware to work for an essential business, care for a family member or for health care reasons are also exempt.

If you don't fall in one of those....WHY THE FUCK ARE YOU VISITING LOCAL AREAS OF DELAWARE????

It is a simple method to stop people from outside the state who are ignoring quarantine or stay at home rules.

Stay the fuck home...how hard is this to follow..if people started staying the fuck home March 13th we would not have as bad a problem as we have now.

I don't care about your rights to get up one day in Maryland and decide you want to drive to a friend's house in Delaware to hang out for the day. Use face time.

Why is this so hard to understand but speaks volumes why South Korea could control this and we in the U.S. are spreading this virus like fucktards.
