What's a Tiger Club?

Anyone heard this term before? I tried googling it turned up nothing. I guess its some kind of private fund I heard someone use it vagly in a conversation.
 
A Tiger Cub is someone who came out of Tiger Asset Management run by the legendary Julian Robertson. He was as big as Soros ($20bn +) but kept a much lower profile. Tiger came unstuck when the Yen carry trade unwound overnight in 1998. He now spends most of his time in NZ where he owns 2 luxury golf resorts, Kauri Cliffs and Cape Kidnappers.
