What's a good web app or software for a Trading Journal?

Nowadays there is an app for everything. I see a potential in something more fancier than a plain old Excel sheet for tracking my trades and also taking notes.

Manual input is fine.
 
tradingdiarypro is IB friendly. Supports multiple broker imports. Additionaly, The support is currently working with me to get my broker statements available for import.

tradingjournalsspreadsheets, TJS, is Ninja trader import friendly. Has the flexibility of Excel. Supports the trading paradigms espoused by Alexander Elder Trading for a Living books.

Both are reasonably priced. Good luck.
 
Thumbs up for Tradingdiarypro and great integration with IB.

Only complaint is that after you pay the initial price of 129 you got an on going subscription fee of 45 a year; plus taxes.
 
I prefer to do it by hand. It seems to have more impact on my behavior. I don't journal every trade, and I never journal automated trades made by my computer strategy. When I notice that I'm having second thoughts, or feeling especially giddy about a trade, I'll write about it. It usually helps me get my head straight.

It is a great start, but trade journaling is so much more than writing your thoughts. When used properly, it offers quantifiable evidence of everything you are doing right and wrong.
