I´m not sure which one would be better medvedtrader or sierrachart.
When using IB´s datafeed SC might be a little bit more expensive ($ 35 for service package 6).
For using an extra datafeed in Medvedtrader you have the option to subscribe to quotemedia (historical tick data for $28) or to SC´s realtime data which cost $35 extra +$ 10.5 for exchanges.
