Whatever Happened To The Stimulus Check Saving The Economy?

The Economic Stimulus Act of 2008 pushed the bailout into the 3rd/4th quarter instead of the 2nd/3rd quarter. Henry needed extra time to draft the 3 pages!
 
They probably were trying to save off the recession until after the election. Obviously it was like trying to take down a grizzly with a bb gun.
 
They wanted to push the bailout closer to the election. This would keep dissent down and force a quick "panic" vote
 
Yet another brilliant idea by the federal gubbment!!!

Taking a stimulus check, and turning it into a wealth redistribution program!!!

I have an idea, lets let them run National Healthcare!!!

I'm sure they won't fuck that up?
