what you REALLY should do before an intraday trading session

6000g of cheese/day is huge.

a person might die from cheese overdose,
kidney failure, liver failure, heart failure, lung failure ....

No, he typed 600g of cheese. Quick head-math tells me that's about 1.4 pounds?

I am always sceptical about such tips as diets and products and so on.
Surely, diet and good posture are important not only for a trader but also for all the people. I have never heard of magical properties of cheddar which will make you rich. Why didn't you mention some vitamins or food supplements? they can be really effective in the long run especially for your overall posture. I also don't see any correlation between trading result and visualising your profits. I know that there is such a psychological trick but its influence is quite questionable. I've heard that many traders do meditations which is proven to be useful for the psychological state of a person. Come on, sitting in a quiet place and visualising for six hours? Sounds crazy.

Here's what I did to make money that actually worked. I was waking up at 10 am. I woke up at 7 am studied for my Lenovo and Dell certifications. Passed all the exams. Went out with someone who mentored me for 2 weeks on the job training for the tech job. Still employed full time, but I do trade part time.

Yeah i'm doing the same (+ cream cheese), prepping for the Lee Kum Kee Soy-Sauce Certification. I'm determined to become the Best Bean Futures Trader of ALL TIME!
