Park the old '63 (with the hopped up engine and sand bags in the back) by the fence next to the FBO at Teterboro Airport.... kick back, take in the sun... and just start snapping candids of anyone and everyone who boards Jeffrey Epstein's 727 with him.
List them on E-Bay in July of 2016 and see who bites.

As for your question, it depends on the broker. E.g. IB slaps you with a $10/month minimum if your account is less than $100k. In may not sound like a huge deal but it will eat up a large portion enough of passive investments gains for it to matter.
