Lets say 4 years later dow is 20K, Osama has been captured, unemployment is down to 2%, Rainbows and Unicorns.

Will Palin have a chance in 2012, Will republicans be in deep trouble and unelectable for a long time?

why the hell did we ever need conservatives in the first place?

Palin will not be a contender whatsoever.

The only way Obama could pull this off is if he used conservative economic and foreign policies. And not Bush bailouts, truly conservtive small government tactics. I think if Obama never thought about the economy once he would do better than the course he is taking.

Most likely during the spring and summer of 09 he will add a couple more major bailouts and drag the country into further recession.

If however there are any signs of the recession decreasing he will highten the captial gains tax.

Obama will increase spending like no other while raising taxes and claiming at the same time that he is decreasing national debt. He will most likely increase the debt by two.

He is a typical liberal, too small picture for his own good.
