What will happen to GFG?

There is news out there that GFG is gonna be bought out by other companies. Currently there are around 108m shares at prices around 50 cents. GFG has got $13.5b in assets. If, say for instance, it is bought out for $400m, would that mean its shares would go up to around $3-4/share?
