Doubtful we'll ever see it. They are already too corrupt and well past the point of no return, especially with regard to the constitution. A house full of clowns and jokers wearing suits.

Term limits and no corporate or PAC donations or advertisments. Limit personal donations to $5000 each more or less. It'd be a start to reduce the hold incumbents and big money has on politics. And we'd all like seeing fewer political commercials during election time.
