What type of chart is this?

By looking at this chart can anyone tell what it is plotting? I believe it is something to do with the tape, maybe Bid/Ask?

put multiple periods SMAs with the dot plotstyle,voila!

Looks like a 1-tick chart, where the green dots are best offer and red dots are best bid. You can make similar charts with eSignal (for example).
