What to make of this rally?

I think we broke out of the Bear Market.

What is everyone's opinion of the Chart in the link below.

This down turn doesn't even compare to the great depression.

It is better this time around than then. So many businesses and ways to make money now. We have FDIC.

Feel free to pick apart my Technical Analysis I am new at it.
