What to do when you have access to inside news?

C.

You got to find Mr. Spam, he will be willing to share this Holy Jail (I mean Grail) with you. :D

Quote from qll:

What should I do now?
A shut up and borrow as much money as I can to trade the stock
B trade options for max gain
C find somebody who has $20 million and share the profit
D don't use it, because it is illegal, although nobody will ever know because I have nothing related to this public company.

Make an options spread on it. Profits will be less then just buying the puts, but inside knowledge is more deniable...

no. it is not SNDK. it is a company I never traded before.
read my other posts. i am pretty active in after earning trading, so i watch earnings all the time. i mainly read 10q, hear cc, then day trade. so i am pretty good at predicting what will happen based on earnings.
i really can not believe i can know the earnings of such a big company so easily. i know why wall street guys hang out at golf now.
Connections Really Make The Kill.
A broker at Solomon once told me all the big money in the markets is made off of insider information and then volunteered to let me in on a company he knew about but said it wouldn't make a move immediately. If I just gave him my money to invest he had me covered. :D

Given that you have never traded the stock of this company before, THAT WOULD BE THE BIGGEST RED FLAG THAT ANY EXCHANGE SURVEILLANCE DEPARTMENT WOULD EVER SEE.

Do not pass Go.
Do not collect $200.00

My brother in law is tight with an SEC official. I felt compelled to forward this abortion of a thread to the aforementioned official.

QLL: You're a rarity... stupidity of this magnitude is rare in the marketsurfer era.
