Hi,

I'm asking this question because I'm curious about your preference regarding this crucial aspect of trading :) also don't hesitate to precise if you are a scalper, a day trader or a swing trader.

To answer my own question, I am a day trader and I mostly use the 5-Minute timeframe !

All of them.

ps rule #1 don't listen to anyone around here that's not a mod telling you what you should be doing, additionally if they've only been here less than two years LOL. Topics get recycled over and over and usually get an array of different answers each time (and search can often be either overwhelming, inconclusive, not as specific, or old etc, such as the search for time frame.)

What does it mean "use the most"? I use all of them from the Yearly down to 1-minute, and that is for every trading or investment decision that I make. As to which one of them gives me the most information - I would say 1H for day trading, Daily for swing trading and Yearly for investing.
