What time frames do you check for intraday trading

I use a variation of your volume weighted moVing average also, especially if i'm looking @ one of my chart services that has no volume weighted moving average. In that case i use discretion. Considered cutting a loss on my DXD, but its going up now/so took small profits on UDOW.......:D:D:D:D:D:D,:caution::caution::caution:Use bid \ask time frame some , not much.
Out of curiousity, how long have you been at this game, murray? Are you as seasoned as your namesake, which i suspect you are? A good tortoise can just go and go and go...
 
Try a unirenko chart one of these days. Compare the three. Would be curious if you could see any advantages on an intraday timeframe.
