This is 2008, the forms of control have changed. First of all, there are not enough troops to hold down the whole population. Second of all, the elite have figured out a while ago that control by force does not last.
<1% of Americans even "get it".
I don't think YOU get it. What is storming Washington going to accomplish? When someone bullies you, do you storm to their house and start demanding change?
The government only has power because YOU give them power. When you go running complaining to them, you actually justify their position.
Send congress home - gummit by proclamations is all we need.

Nationism is the first step to socialism. Why dont you just tell everyone to get in line for what the government says they get this month. We are in the middle of a hard lesson that the founding fathers warned us about. When we let a group of private banks rule our economy then, WE have become slaves not citizens.
Put a sticky note on the fed's forehead, "Thy shall not rely on real estates to bail out the bad economy". Since 1987, there were 2 crashes relating to the financial systems and the real estate market, the recent one due to low interest rates creating a housing feeding frenzy; I hope they learned their lessons to keep housing prices stable rather than creating chaos and bubbles, the consequences were the total collapse of the financial systems.
