what the hell is up with NQ?

If you ever get a chance and are so inclined, I'm sure some of us here would like to know how you scan for candidates (indicators used), and what charting package you use. I appreciate your postings.

Hi Mike,

scanning: it's all handmade. I have a list of 150-200 stocks that are on my screen. A new symbol is only added if a stock makes big swings.

Charting software: TS 2000i and bigcharts.

An indicator is seldom the trigger for a trade, furthermore experience in a certain stock. If you have traded e.g. ADBE 300-400 times in and out, you have a feeling for that sh.... Also experience includes having made mistakes, which is important.
So charting package and some knowledge about TA is nothing without experience, IMHO. Experience is the most critical factor (at least for me).

Just sold all the rest of Jcom @ 29.08 with a gain of 12%.

So in all there is now a profit in Jcom of around 39% in a relatively short time.

This will be the last trade posted on ET.

Interesting... I'm long JCOM. Now short OTM calls (ratioed).

Where did you enter to get 39%. :p
