There was already an investigation and the investigation determined that Hillary broke the law. Comey came out with this bizarre explanation that she wasn't being indicted because there was no intent. You Clinton supporters and your spin machines are really something else.

If Jeff Sessions is confirmed as attorney general, it will mean likely sweeping changes for the Justice Department, especially on civil rights policies.
It also could mean even more investigation of Hillary Clinton’s email practices and her family’s charitable foundation.
Sessions, a Republican senator from Alabama who previously served as a U.S. attorney, has been an outspoken critic of the FBI’s investigation into Clinton’s use of a private email server, saying on Fox Business Network last month he was “uncomfortable with the way the investigation was conducted” in part because witnesses were not compelled to testify before a grand jury. He also has said it “seems like” the FBI had not fully investigated the dealings of the Clinton Foundation while Clinton was secretary of state and that, in his view, Clinton might have used her position to benefit the foundation.
“The fundamental thing is you cannot be secretary of state of the United States of America and use that position to extort or seek contributions to your private foundation,” Sessions said on CNN. “That is a fundamental violation of law and that does appear to have happened.”
Yep, that's me, a Clinton supporter. Do you even read anything in a post beyond you're initial reaction to something you don't like? All you're proving is, that like a bias leftist, your bias can make one really STOOOPID. Read slowly. The prosecution of ANYONE isn't up to the president. That is not in the job scope. It's up to the Justice department, which was politicized by the Obama administration. Hopefully the Trump administration will simply allow the Justice department to do it's job and whatever happens, happens. That is how it's supposed to work.
The AG is appointed by the President. The President absolutely has an influence on the Justice operates. No one is claiming that Trump should have the ultimate say whether she goes to prison or not. Trump should issue a statement along these lines "When I take office, Hillary Clinton will not be too big to fail. If the Justice Department elects to pursue legal action against Hillary, they will have the full backing of the President."
Thats the way to do it. Thats called leadership.
