What the heck is going on with Proshares ETFs

Anyone know what was happening with several of the Proshares? SRS, UYM, DXD, and many more were getting strange jumps on 100 and 200 share lots. I lowered my order quantity, to try and take advantage, only to see several fills at better prices for someone else.
I have been only been daytrading these ETFs for a couple of months and have not seen anything like this. This was going on between about 10:10 and 10:33 today.
 
I called TOS and they said it was a bad data feed. It happened again during the last 25 minutes of trading. They were actually really cool about the whole thing and offered to reimburse me for any money I might have lost. Not! I sure hope they get it straightened out.
 
Its a little late to contribute now but it was cap gains & income distributions - some of the bear funds had pretty serious distributions.

They are usually announced, not pre-announced though.
