Since when do police do things based on what the public thinks? Maybe a few do, but most do not. I think Zimmerman would make a fine & fair officer. I heard he wants to be a US marshal though.
Anyway, he probably doesnt need to work anymore. He will soon be getting a multi-million dollar settlement from the media. Then he will make money selling "The George Zimmerman Story" to lifetime TV. He should get about $500k for that. Not sure if he's the type, but I wouldnt rule out getting $15k speaking fees at events
It really needs to be done against the political, media and corporate elite that run this country. Follow and video tape all these fuckers and watch what happens.

People don't get recruited because they are famous for doing something that a minimum was reckless leading to the death of an unarmed 17 year old.
Some of you eccentrics on here are free to hire him locally as a security guard for whatever gated community you choose to live in. But seriously, I give most people more credit then that. Despite all the political rhetoric, I think faced with a real life decision to have George patrolling their neighborhood ( or not ) with a gun, they wouldn't want him out there. This goes beyond race, its the arming of every dufus in the country ( except minors of course, they are at risk instead ) that leads to more crime.

Are you really that ignorant of the hiring process that police have to go through before hired? Shooting a man after ignoring a police dispatchers instructions is enough to get you booted from the hiring list.
