What should Zimmerman do now?

Quote from Lucrum:

:D

What are you anyway, retarded?

I understand that some of you are similar to Zimmerman, basically ignorant and fearful. So its expected that you would resent my comments.

I resent you telling American how to run our affairs. I don't resent your stupidity.
I put up with that here every day.

Zimmerman is no less guilty of a crime then OJ Simpson was. The fact that he is a free man doesn't excuse his gross negligence ending the life of a young man. Do you not understand that in my neighborhood Zimmerman would be guilty of several crimes ? He's only "not guilty" because he lives in Florida.

The fact that he is able to act like this in Florida legally ( best case,
the strong possibility exists that a lack of evidance got him acquitted of manslaughter ) doesn't make his actions OK under my own moral code ( and that of almost everyone who lives in MY neighborhood ). If you like the guy, go ahead and hire him. Don't try to tell me I have to like him or recommend opportunity. The man lacks character and is a hazard to anyone in his vicinity.

From Maxpi's post:

"Variety’s analyst thinks that Zimmerman’s status as a public figure will protect NBC in court, as well as a lack of ability to show malice:"

This has the makings of a fascinating court case. I hope it gets that far. Can the media create by their own hand a public persona for a hitherto unknown individual and then use a "public figure defense" against the public figure they helped create? I would think not; yet as we all know, there is no finding too bizarre for American Courtrooms.

I would think it would be a nearly trivial matter for Zimmerman to prove damages. I don't believe Zimmerman would have to prove that NBC acted out of malice. It might be sufficient to show that he was damaged by their irresponsible, negligent acts, even if unintentional. A case like this might dampen the media's enthusiasm for wild speculation on, and sensationalizing of criminal cases without regard to, or knowledge of, the facts -- a step in the right direction, I would think.

There is no right to self defense where you live? I would find that pretty scary. Must be nice for strong, young punks who can prey on people with no fear of a response though.

I think what is baffling us is what exactly would you have had Zimmerman do under the circumstances? Lie there and get beaten into brain damage, then shot with his own gun? I know youwill say he shouldn't have had a gun, shouldn't have followed Martin, etc, but he had the right to do all that.

What exactly does your moral code say you should do when someone is on top of you beating you? Just take it because blacks are so represseed and have legitimate anger issues?

Personally, I'd like it if Zimmerman and his attorneys GOT FABULOUSLY RICH in lawsuits against the MSM and others who have wronfully pursued his prosecution (WH, Odumbo, Holder, and DOJ included). Would serve all them bastards right!!

Yes and poetic justice when Trayvon's family gets all that money in a civil suit and Zimmerman being the liar he is when it comes to money goes to jail for lying (again) to the civil judge about how much money he has. For once scat we want the same thing. :)
