Meanwhile, a white woman dies in Charlottesville as a result of some private citizen wackjob and the public officials are wearing tee shirts with her picture on it and talking about naming the park after her and the press is wall to wall coverage of how to prosecute this guy and everyone who voted for trump.

You posted a story from Fox News who have been exposed as a haven for the mistreatment of women in the work place. Look we get it, you have issues with intelligent, self respecting women just like Damore who fully deserved to be fired. And both of you share the same habit of repeating your nonsense over and over again long beyond when you should let it go.

Damore is very similar to some athletes that have been told they are talented and great their whole lives but never fully matured. Working at Google is probably the first time he failed to excel at something and get praised constantly. Many people react badly to stress. He made a huge mistake and will have to regroup and rethink his ideas and actions, if he can.

Your posts on this topic suggest you have limited or no exposure to strong, successful women. If you have a mother, aunt, or sisters that has a good corporate job and/or a strong education in a STEM discipline, you should consult them and learn. If not, you might want to consider that the career path you chose likely wouldn't give you that full experience.

Biology or some supposed predisposition to being "neurotic" is NOT a real impediment to women succeeding in IT or management in STEM related fields. Nothing about IT work is gender specific beyond perhaps staff at some firms can be male dominated and some of those work environments can be problematic ( like Fox News ) . Much like if we could see the demographics of Elite Trader, it would not surprise me if NO women participate on the P&R.
