u seem to not understand that we are talking about the obvious lack of evidence the nist had access to and the wrong assumption by the nist itself that it was enough. it just doesnt cut it since the focus here is the nist shortcomings.

posting a link from the nist itself is like allowing a suspect to be judge and juror.
