Finding sulfur residue is not unexplainable, in fact it is very explainable. Sulfur is found in all fuels including jet fuel. Ya' think a little jet fuel was splashed around after impact. The residue after burn (sulfur dioxides(SO2) has strong tendencies to adhere to metal.
A truely unbiased researcher would have to take this into account as a plausible explanation for sulfur residue found in the building wreckage. A guy with a political agenda?....well, he'd be thinking thermite.
