What news should be avoided by system traders ?

For those trading a system on the EURUSD and USDJPY, and wanting to avoid having a position during the kind of news that can generate a quick and large move, what news specifically should be avoided ? (as there are several news each day for each currency USD/EUR/JPY but most of them don't seem to have a fast impact on the price)
 
I day trade the euro currency from with a method; I don't know how this possibly relates to your trading system and the amount of movement that may just be noise to you, but I have seen news give enough 25-50 tick spikes that I tend to go flat ahead of most news and concern myself with the next trade.

The news that I have seen spike the most is: treasury international capital, international trade, and the employment report.
