There’s not a bad case for this but like with guns if legal drugs are not regulated properly we can have a very deadly situation on our hands.

I don't know about that. Drugs only make life worse for the community. In my opinion, we should strip citizens of their citizenship if caught with heroin or cocaine and deport to a country of their choosing. No jail time though. We'd save billions doing this and they would not cause any more problems.

Well your dream of freely using heroin and cocaine isn't going to come true either, so why not fantasize about a country with no drug users?
It’s certainly not my dream but there is some good arguments for legalizing drugs, especially from a tax payer standpoint.
I would prefer drug use be treated as a health issue, rather than a crime though. Putting drug users in the criminal system has terrible results and is ineffective for reducing use.
