What methods of Order Reporting other than the FIX Execution Reports do you use?

I was just considering this thought, since we cant expect every client/dealer to have a FIX server and process execution report messages.
I have seen e-mail delivery, excel sheets and also FTP file access. I feel these are very limited in functionality.

What else have you seen that is better but still viable for smaller firms? What would you design?
