My broker in question was called Sunbird (or Sunbyrd, I don't remember) FX. Frankly, that freezing issue was one of the many problems I had with them. I think the company doesn't exist anymore.

May I ask why did you go for it when its reviews out there don't look good?
Because at the time I was a total newbie, I was both ignorant and naive (a terrible combination) and I didn't actually read reviews. It didn't even occur to me to read reviews. A friend of mine recommended them to me, and she had more experience than I did and I trusted her, so I signed up with them. They scammed her too, for that matter.
Yes, I totally get this. I have 3 kids under 5 lol.

Why I have a separate office for trading!
It bothers and angers me when people who have no knowledge of trading try to give me advise. They think that they know what they are talking about. They need to understand that trading is a difficult thing to be successful in. So, please don't bother people with your 'insightful' advises.
All the marketers make me angry.
