What kind of strategy is necessary to make money at Swift?

Lot of people say that what they do is not real daytrading so I wonder what kind of mechanisms their traders use to make the very high frequency trading they demand. What sort of indicators and entry signals they look for?
 
Its because a large % of the firms profits come from millenium ecn. Lots of the traders who make money on it cant necessarily make money without it.
 
When you start at swift, you will likely be forced to keep a .01 or .02 stoploss so you will likely either trade for the spread on LU/NT or other slow moving stocks, or you will try to make a few hundred scalp trades on a couple of "faster" moving stocks.

As you show that you can make money, you'll be given greater freedom, but will likely be expected to keep up a similar frequency/size of trading.
