What Kind Of Correlation Is This ? (BETA)

Usually it's a BETA of, say ~1.3, but sometimes it becomes negative (?)

How do you use BETA for such imperfect correlation if that was a yearly chart ?
(This one is weekly)

Should one look at BETA at all ?
