What kind of chart is this?

Hey, I want this setup. I found this pic on the net. I need to know what kind of candles this guy is using though! It's not in metastock, quotetracker, neuroshell daytrader professional, and I have yet to find it as an EFS in eSignal or a ELA for Tradestation so what the heck is it????

It looks like it shows how strong the bears vs bulls were *within each candle* rather than just making a 0 or 1 (red or green) statement like regular candlesticks on who won that round.

hmm could be directly in PFG's trading platform, but it also could be this charting just uses their feed.
