Surf, not everyone lives in the NY area where we have to pay MM's to touch water.Smart. But

Surf, not everyone lives in the northeast where we have to pay MM's to touch water.
800k can get an awesome waterfront place in 90% of the country.
Damn, 2.5 acres waterfront.Exactly. 2.5 acres and completely custom 5,000 sf on a very large lake. Bass fishing until I die. Yeah, not much compared to all of ET's BSDs. But not bad for a poor Guvmnt engineer...

Smart brother.
I drive a 2004 Infiniti QX56 with 103k miles and paid 2.4 for my waterfront house in late 2009.
Buying a new vehicle with the low amount of driving I do makes no sense. Plus my dog loves the third row bench seat (and thats reason enough for me to keep it)
Nah Surf, I moved out of that place in Ho last year to my shore house full time.A townhouse?

Haha, you think?Yeah, I get jaded between Palm Beach and NYC. Thanks. surf
