I've driven in downtown DC, Manhattan, numerous cities in CA, and nothing compares to driving in or around Miami. Took me two hours to drive from Deerfield Beach to Miami on more than one occasion.

SouthBeach isn't bad. Just no where to park. And Coconut Grove is OK with nice eats. Otherwise, I've only been on the interstates and cosways down there.

Gotta remember the tip is already in the bill because the New Yorkers won't tip so they add it into the bill.
