What is your opinion about firstrade

Please give me honest opinion about firstrade?

Are they reliable ?
do they have good trading platform with good charting?

I know its free so I should not expect much but asking ...from experienced users.

Not sure if you focus on stocks or options. I use Tradehawk for my options and stockstotrade for stocks

Well, since it is free, you could try them out, and become an experienced user with them. Then you can give us feedback.

Also can you short them? if you have any info on htb cost etc! more or less.
