What is your life's work outside trading?

===What is your life's work outside trading?===

what most people listed above i consider hobby, or spending free time, etc.. its not imho a life's work,..

depends of course on definition but imho there can not be too many activities that one can call life's work

life's work is something to which one is devoted himself fully, it is the life spanning commitment and dedication, its expression of oneself, crusade, justification of one's existence...

to me there is nothing but trading

Unfortunately I'm still working 55 hours a week outside of trading!

imho one should not confuse working with the life's work

working i call something to make a living..., one must eat , and working is a method to provide for oneself and one's family...

but in many cases, and for most people, working is not a life's work (in light of explanation i just gave above)

most people imho do not have the life's work..

most people imho do not have a life (again depending on definition ) :) ...

imho they just exist, until they are no more

I actually do love my job but I love the ones I'm providing for more!

Yes, you can add me to the constant thinking, reviewing and improving my methodology.

Maybe an addiction, disorder. IDK.

I practice after the market closes every night and Sunday...

This is not fun. Sometimes I wonder if it degrades my performance.

I'm leaving for a weekend gateway with my girlfriend.. Driving at 11:00 am, not trading but still monitoring and reviewing the week...

Greg

No keep at it. Practice makes it perfect. Continuing to review and backtest and re-design your system does make it better.
