what is wrong with the recent Nasdaq's new high?

I doubt it. Still think it is just head fake. Wallstreet is not intelligent any more. For example: the transportation delay and high shipping cost which been known for almost 1 year, but Wallstreet just realized it recently. Now rational people are worrying about the arising merchandise cost which China raised a lot recently,and will affect US CPI a lot soon! This is really the big one, far bigger than the high shipping cost. And obviously the world has entered the inflation spiral which mean everyone rush to raise the price to survive and cause the much higher price.Only leave one choice for FED, cook the number. laugh.
 
the ultimate fundamental reason for high inflation is China can not provide cheap merchandise any more. They have reached their limit. Which mean the past 10 years of Quantitative Easing by FED will be liquidated.
 
Last quarter of companies'revenue and earning being better than before is true. but it was supported by the followings: 1. Government gave a lot of money to people during the last quarter. 2. Companies raised their price last quarter 3. Last quarter's merchandise cost was reflected by shipping cost and material cost of 6 months ago. It seems to be the last frenzy before entering the recession.
 
Also donot see those material and energy companies have the motivation to increase the production to lower the price. why? It is very basical issue: why they are willing to increase the workforce to increase the production to lower the price when there is still shortage of labor there. why they are willing to lower the price when every price arising?
