What is this Notification about?

I thought the system was designed to prevent electronic placing of orders without human assistance.

But if you could create such a program, and it was programmed for SMART order routing (why wouldn't it be?) you still wouldn't get charged. It would just lay on more cancellation fees that IB would somehow sooner or later start passing on to the rest of us.

I do not think BOX will charge these fees and thus the exchange stands an even greater chance of doing well.

If one does not like the policies/fees of US exchanges, than maybe one could consider moving his business elsewhere.
