That is correct; go to their site, under the section"Marketplace, then under "Fees", then on page two.

$1 per if the fills are less than 1 out of two.

This is an old problem; the real issue I am told is the PSE is intentionally locking or crossing, and then fading or ignoring to collect the fee.

The other potential problem with IB is that their customer mix changed and they cannot internally maintain the ratio ...
 
Thanks for the update. I have paid AMEX snd CBOE fees in the past but never for the ISE. BTW I don't use IB I just read there memo's.

We don't trade there much anymore but I get the notices.

We have never paid those fees; been threatened though.

Who you clearing SLK, FO or whatever they call it today?

So if I create a computer program that puts in a bid, pulls it, puts another, pulls it -- doing this 10 times before an execution -- I get charged $10 + ?
