excuse me, apparently you mistook me for someone who gives a shit about how smart guys spend their time.Quote from logic_man:
The problem with this approach is that you ignore the whole "division of labor" which has only been the driver of all human progress from the time we were monkeys to today, making it kind of important.
If the smarter guy spends time making his own burger when the burger flipper could be doing it, then what is the burger flipper going to do? Suck the smarter guy's cock for money? And that time the smarter guy spends making his own burger is time he doesn't spend doing whatever higher-value activities he'd otherwise be doing.
The combination of self-righteousness and lack of logic in posts like yours is truly depressing, especially since I know there are people who really believe that crap.

if i have you on ignore its because you are profane, immature, cant make an argument, just attack the messenger, are stupid or are just a plain asshole. there has to be a minimum level of mental capacity before i waste my time but the bar is very low.
i never put people on ignore just because they disagree with me. i love a good debate.

You're a fool, please get some level of education. At least complete your high school diploma. I'm not sure it would help someone with your limited mental capacity,

no, I'm not talking about forcing anyone to do anything. It all started when Cutten implied a 15k burger flipper was somehow an inferior being. Then logic piled on explaining that society needed burger flippers so smart people have time to perform brain surgery. We've already proven that people can survive without brains, but I've yet to see one that can survive without eating.Quote from plyka:
He is attempting, perhaps in a rude way, to explain to you how a fair and VOLUNTARY society would operate. A brain surgeon makes a lot more money than a hamburger flipper. If you forced the brain surgeon to flip hamburgers, then who would operate on you when your life is on the line? The would be hamburger flipper? You need to realize that attempting to FORCE others to do something is abhorrent, unless it is in self-defense. What right do you have to interfere between two people who want to make a voluntary trade with each other? A rich brain surgeon, indirectly, works for the hamburger flipper, when the hamburger flipper requires it and PAYS for it by flipping hamburgers for a lot of people in order to aqcuire the funds necessary. If a man makes a chair and trades it (indirectly through a medium of exchange) for another man who creates couches, what right do you have to interfere? That's the question.
