More specifically I wondering about investing to the energy sector. But I do not want to make a mistake. It falls for a long time. Maybe it's time to buy? Sooner or later it is must stop falling. What do you think? Is it the moment when you need to buy the dip?

You cannot learn anything about trading looking at Message boards. These forums are for entertainment, not enlightenment. You may occasionally find a useful post but it is like a needle in a haystack. Signal to noise raise is microscopic here. You have to trade and observe to learn, real money trading, not paper trading.

Cutting your losses (or more specifically, WHERE to cut your loss) is the one and only rule of the markets.
