I suggest constructing something that gets you far ahead fast, so that the inevidable anomaly is barely felt. Like i said before proper risk management is counter-intuitive. What you thought was low risk is actually risky. And what you thought was risky is actually the safest path. I can see someone never being able to come to terms with this, given how difficult it is to maintain my own conviction levels regarding this. Sometimes favorable facts are no match for our intuition.
