What is the EXACT value of the intraday Top of all time on DJIA ?

fwiw, in general, wikipedia is NOT an accurate source for most kinds of data and facts. it's a nice cultural barometer, but facts are not determined by popularity, they are proved by evidence.

wikipedia aint that kind of place
 
The theoretical high is computed by taking the HOD in each index componant stock regardless of TOD that the high was reached.

The Dow isn't tradable in that you can call up a broker and ask to buy or sell "1 Dow". You can call up a broker and ask to buy or sell all the component stocks that make up the Dow. In that sense you can have a Dow "market", which would be some type of average bid/ask of all the component stocks. In any case, no amount of bid/ask would account for the difference between the highs we are talking about.

What purpose would that have?

myTrack shows OHLC of 11729.18, 11908.50, 11506.42, 11722.98

I'm guessing that these are based on their real-time-calculated value, not the 15-second (or whatever) DJ-disseminated ticks.
 
That was 6 years ago, I doubt it if most people remember the high and low for DOW 5 days ago.
