What is the euro's rate decision on usa banks?

The deposit interest rate of Euro is now negative. What is the impact on banks? I am surprised to see almost all financials go up today. In ther low interst environment, the net interest margin is capped, so are banks' profit. Of course it is in Europe, but these can also be transmitted to the USA.
 
don't look at macro econimic index, all this are short-term trend of stock .only the enterprise self make the long term decision of price
