this is exactly right. the supplement scammers are coming up with new gimmics all the time to separate you from your money. remember last years big hype miracle supplement resveratrol? turned out to be worthless.

been using that site for reference for 3 or 4 years and never spent a dime,great lay out in laymen's terms on how the body,illness and the break down/rebuild work,some folks just like to spend frivolously but the site and info do not require that

It's mixed... some good suppliments, some shams
those who are trying to squeese out the suppliment businesses from exisitng are the the big pharmacy corporations. Of couse, they are above reproach in having our well being in mind, and not corporate profits.
 
People eat this root for thousands years, right? So now science and the medical community have interest enough to test for healing. So I think is no harm to eat this to hedge your bet. :) Because people eat this for thousands of years, so it really can not be so bad. And if full series clinical trials prove benefit to health, you win. If full series clinical trials prove no benefit, you are not losing by eating this root.
