Send the punters a letter saying 'sorry, we have run out of those titles. Here is your money back, thank you'.
Put the refund cheque with the lettter.

Because the company name on the cheque book is 'GAY AND LESBIAN PORNOGRAPHIC VIDEOS, LLC', and then sit back and see how many people are prepared to cah that one into thier bank account!!

Work at being the best in your field.
After you have $$$ if you have any self worth, you realize it is better to earn it than be given it.
I know a guy who sells B grade vegetables on the road side. He works everyday, and makes about 5K a week in profit. He spends about 1 K. 8th year doing it.... 4x52x8 = 1.6 mil selling old tomatoes and bananas. He will retire by 2010 and enjoy his family.
Tells you it is not what you do but how you mange it.
Most people think a strong offense (earning) is what is needed but negate it with a weak defense (spending). These are the same people looking for a quick buck. Truth is a "Reasonable " combination of both will take you VERY far in the US. Slow but sure wins in the long run.
