What is the best way out?

I have got several stocks which have gone down in value e.g SLV. I am holding them in the hope that silver price will rise. But at the moment my capital is tied up. I do weekly covered calls on them but that income is not significant . I am not taking the loss and free my capital. Just donot know what is best I can do. Another example is TBT.

Any advise much appreciated. Thanks
