There's a few inverse ultra ETF's that fit the bill. As long as you can short.

SRS - inverse real estate - $180
SKF - inverse financials - $ 160
SSG - inverse semis - $155
SCC - inverse consumer services - $ 165
REW - inverse tech - $125

So if you're daytrading, look for the one that has good volume and tight spreads.
