What Is Income Redistribution?

totally slanted baloney.

we went over this.
in 1986 with the support or even leadership by the democrat party they rounded out the tax code.
They seriously reduced tax write offs for the rich.
It was such a massive change in real estate deductions... which were a massive tax shelter it seriously shuffled the entire industry. It was a massive tax reduction elimination.

you are so full of leftist crap all the time.. don't you get sick or lying about history.

The destruction of the middle class is by taxes and massive devaluation of the dollar destroying the value of the salary and savings. govt giveaways to the poor have been expanding.

If you want to fix income inequality... eliminate income taxes on all by the cronies who ask for it. Then if you want to give more money away to the poor... the burden will be shared equally. Taxing the 99.5% is a theft of liberty and anti egalitarian.

how do you guys think income got so skewed in the first place? Income redistribution, of course. Ronald Reagan's administration turns out to have been one of the masters at the game of income redistribution. They lowered tax rates on the upper brackets and raised them in the lowest bracket. There are many ways of redistributing income other than just taking money directly from one person and giving it to another.

Once again, bullshit!

OMG, taxes are so high! Why can't we keep a little bit more?? We've got it so rough!!

you don't live here... you don't feel the 100 different taxes we pay.
Most posters here do not live in CA, where there are indeed 100 different taxes. I've said this before, quit bitchin' about it and move. As for where I live, Canada, I bet I pay more than residents of a lot of states do.

I thought you lefties scream bloody murder when the majority said to the minority if you don't like it leave.
Besides I choose to change this tax system along with the majority of those who pay taxes.

We can provide for the poor and eliminate income and death taxes.
