What is happening with BRLC ?

Seems MotleyFool forgot to included some insignificant revenue from a
secondary offering on SHO stock, BRLC. Don't worry. They corrected it
after the close. this is just one event in a long "business as usual if you are naked shorted" cycle. This is why I warn you guys who get into these stocks without realizing what you're up against.

What a joke.

Motley Fool are con artists.

If you go to lists of "News" for each stock, it includes Motley Fool articles. The Motley Fool articles are never about any news or evaluation of the stock, instead they put in irrelevant references to stocks, just so their "articles" appear in the "News" lists. Those "articles" are always spam for their paid services.

BRLC sounds like a good value companny.. Started their growth.. Its going to be a huge Upside if they focus on their main business.

Does anyone have any info about the 14% move up over the last 3 trading days. The market is dumping while BRLC has made a good move up.

Is it just in anticipation of news from the Canaccord Adams Global Growth Conference coming up Aug 7. or has anyone heard anything else?

I don't know but Michael Scott told me not to buy when I wanted to buy at $4.50-$4.75...lol But I would of been out in the $5 range as my stop would have been hit.

Real surprised it went to $7 last week. Kind of had it off my radar lately. Don't know what the deal with it is these days. I say it drops back to 5's by next month.

Taiwan-based home appliance maker Teco Electric & Machinery recently is said to be interested in investing in display specialist Syntax-Brillian to expand its presence in North America, according to market sources.

Display products of US-based Syntax-Brillian include Olevia-brand LCD TVs and liquid crystal on silicon (LCOS) TVs.

If Teco partners with Syntax-Brillian, it means that the company will also be tied to Taiwan-based home appliance maker Kolin. Kolin now makes most Olevia-branded LCD TVs for Syntax-Brillian. Kolin holds a 12.5% stake in Syntax-Brillian, according to Kolin in March 2006.

Thats interesting regarding TECO, although I wouldn't put much stake in it at first glance. Digi-Times is as well known for their mis-information as the NY Times.

My best guess on the recent run is due to a recently reported stake by Soros as well as earnings speculation that Briefing shows for tomorrow pm. I highly doubt it will be tomorrow because to the best of my recollection, BRLC has always issued a PR prior to reporting earnings.

Short interest is still incredibly high, but the chart sure does look interesting. I just might have to place a buy stop at $7.11 tomorrow and see if I can hitch a ride up to the 200 day at 7.47.
